Historical marker commemorates first Ohio State football game

Columbus, OH – It's hard to believe the first Buckeye football home game was not played in the Ohio Stadium. It took place on a small field near historic German Village with the College of Wooster. Now a historical marker has been set up to remember the birthplace of Buckeye football in Columbus.
