    Racetrack plan for former Cooper Stadium debated

    Columbus, OH – Arshot Investment Corp. plans to transform the old Cooper Stadium into a half-mile racetrack that would host up to 20 races a year, as well as an automotive-research and technology center, a hotel and restaurants.
