School Board Member Facing Weapons Charge

A Whitehall school board member is facing felony charges, after being caught with a concealed weapon gun at a community event.  Police say 21-year-old Brandon Howard was carrying a loaded gun without a permit at the city's National Night Out event last month. Howard claimed he had just received a permit through his full-time job as a security guard. He's due to appear in court on October 15th.
