A Whitehall school board member is facing felony charges, after being caught with a concealed weapon gun at a community event. Police say 21-year-old Brandon Howard was carrying a loaded gun without a permit at the city's National Night Out event last month. Howard claimed he had just received a permit through his full-time job as a security guard. He's due to appear in court on October 15th.
Ohio Addiction Services officials have complated a survey on gambling addiction, designed to see if new casinos and video slot machines placed at horse racing tracks will fuel more addiction in the future. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports.
