90 Suspected Cases Of Local Voter Fraud

The Franklin County Board of Elections has referred to prosecutors the cases of 90 people who allegedly cast two ballots in the 2012 presidential election. The board says the dual votes were not counted. The board says in most of the cases, the suspects cast an absentee ballot and a provisional ballot. The 90 suspects are less than one-tenth of 1 percent of the people who cast ballots in the County last November.
