AAA Anticipates Slightly Lower Gasoline Prices In 2013

Ohio gas prices are higher to start the new work week, but auto club AAA expects prices to decline overall this year. The price for a gallon of regular gas in Ohio averages $3.24 in today's survey from AAA, the Oil Price Information Service and Wright Express. That's 5 cents higher than a week ago. Ohio's prices are still below the national average of $3.30, which is about the same as last week. AAA spokesperson Kimberly Schwind says prices last year set a record average high both nationally and in Ohio. She tells Alison Holm increased domestic production and lower demand could make prices look better this year.
