Columbus, OH – The American Bar Association says it's not for or against capital punishment...but Ohio's justice system is so flawed, Governor Ted Strickland should slap a moratorium on executions until major problems are solved. The governor, though, isn't ready to follow that recommendation. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen files this report.
