A Somali immigrant charged with plotting to bomb the Polaris Fashion Place shopping mall has been deported.Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents said Monday that Nuradin Abdi was deported after completing his prison sentence. The Justice Department accused Abdi of masterminding the plan during an August 2002 meeting at a coffee shop with two friends, both of whom were later convicted on terrorism charges.
