Absentee Voting Begins This Week

Absentee voting for the May primary begins on Tuesday in Franklin County. The county Board of Elections says people may begin voting in person on Tuesday at its offices on East Broad Street, and the Board will begin mailing ballots to people who have applied to vote by mail. In-person voting will run from Tuesday through Saturday May 4th. The primary is on May 7th. There will be primary elections for the Columbus, Hilliard, and Reynoldsburg city councils. The Board says school levies, tax issues, and five liquor options will also be on local ballots.
