AG Creates Foster Care Advisory Board

12-thousand Ohio children live in foster homes, 40 percent below the number of a decade ago.

Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine says too many face lives of uncertainty, and too many are returned to their birth parents, where they face danger and neglect. DeWine has created a Foster Care Advisory Board to make recommendations for changing state law. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports.
