Algae Warnings At Buckeye Lake

State park officials have posted signs at a Buckeye Lake State Park beach, warning visitors about toxic blue-green algae in the water. The signs were posted at Brooks Beach after recent water samples showed a type of toxin in the algae at a concentration exceeding state health standards.
