A company that provides credit-card services and loyalty programs says it is expanding operations in Ohio and expects to add 700 new jobs. Alliance Data Retail Services announced Tuesday that it will construct several buildings on a 40-acre campus at Easton, expected to be finished in 2018. Executives of the Dallas-based company plan to hire the 700 employees over the next three years to help with new clients and expanded client relationships. Ohio Gov. John Kasich and Columbus Mayor Michael Coleman joined the company's executives for the announcement of the expansion. The company employs more than 3,100 people in central Ohio.
