The state says a prison inmate has committed suicide - Ohio's fourth case in the last 90 days and the ninth inmate suicide this year. The prisons department says Kimball Kenaga was found Wednesday in a closet at the Ross Correctional Institution. Kenaga was serving 30 years to life on multiple charges including aggravated murder. The report comes as outside consultants brought in by the Department of Rehabilitation and Correction review inmate suicides and the agency's anti-prevention policies.
