A second lawsuit has been filed over the crash of a corporate jet into an Akron apartment building in 2015 that killed two co-pilots and seven passengers. Beth Montgomery is suing Florida-based ExecuFlight and the estates of the two co-pilots. Montgomery is seeking money property loss and punitive damages. Two other former tenants are also suing for property loss and damages. Federal investigators concluded pilot error caused the crash.
