Columbus, OH – Governor John Kasich has proposed lifting the cap on the creation of new charter schools. He's also proposed quadrupling the number of vouchers the state hands out each year to help Ohio parents pay private school tuition bills for their children. Now, there's yet another idea to expand what supporters call "school choice." Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen files this report.
