Republican State Representative Wes Goodman has resigned amid allegations of inappropriate conduct.
Ohio House Speaker Cliff Rosenberger says in a statement he asked Goodman to step aside after learning of the allegations on Tuesday. Rosenberger has not released any details. Goodman is the second state lawmaker to resign in the last two months. The Chief of Staff for Ohio Senate Democrats has also resigned.
