Anti-Fracking Measure Will Not Make Columbus' November Ballot

A group trying to put an anti-fracking measure on the Columbus ballot failed to collect enough valid petition signatures. Nearly 55 hundred of the more than 13 thousand signatures submitted to the Columbus City Clerk's office were not valid. 89 hundred signatures needed to be valid to get the measure on the November ballot. Activists working on The Columbus Community Bill of Rights say they will attempt to get the measure on the November 2016 ballot.
