Apartment Complex Where Child Died Under Greater Scrutiny

Whitehall city officials are placing greater scrutiny on owners of the apartment complex where a child died last week. They're planning more inspections amid complaints about a lack of heat and code violations at the Commons at Royal Landing. The mother of 4-year-old Carlos Mullins Junior used an oven for heat last week. He was killed when he climbed on the oven and it fell on top of him.
