Columbus fire officials are still investigating the cause of Monday's fire at an East side apartment complex that left four people injured.One victim was treated at the scene while the others were taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. 12 units in the apartment complex in the 45-hundred block of Refugee Road were damaged.
