Appeals Court Upholds Inman Conviction

The Fourth Ohio District Court of Appeals has upheld the conviction of a Hocking County man who killed his daughter-in-law in 2011. The court rejected arguments that the trial jury did not get to hear evidence that the son of William Inman, William Inman III, was solely responsible for the slaying of Summer Inman. William Inman II and his mother, Sandra Inman, also were convicted in the slaying and sentenced to life in prison.
