Columbus police have made an arrest in the murder of an 81-year-old woman whose body was found in a wishing well behind a rental home she owned. 52-year-old Charles Greene is charged in the July 2008 death of Alyce Seff. Police say Greene worked as a handyman for Seff. Police say Seff owned several properties and collected rent in person and, by the time she finished rounds, she had several thousand dollars on her.
