Columbus police have arrested a suspect on charges of selling the fentanyl-laced heroin that caused a rash of overdoses on Sunday. Police accuse 36-year-old Rayshon Alexander of selling the heroin to Sean Kuehner, who was killed. Police say the heroin caused eleven people to overdose. Two died. Other overdoses were also reported throughout Franklin County on Sunday.
