Arrest made in Hilltop slaying

Columbus police have made an arrest in connection with a January shooting death on the Hilltop. 33-year-old Rozell Dotstry is charged with the January 26th slaying of 40-year-old James Maynard on West Mound Street. Police say the two were involved in a dispute
