Delaware police have made an arrest in an overnight shooting near the Ohio Wesleyan University campus. Police say 18-year-old Joshua Mosley Junior shot and wounded 19-year-old Darrell Ginyard following a fight near Woodward Elementary School. Ginyard is being treated at a local hospital. Ohio Wesleyan sent text messages to students last night telling them to remain indoors.
