Charges are pending against a man who allegedly opened fire inside of a Zanesville restaurant yesterday. Muskingum County Sheriff's deputies say 61-year-old Charles Hooper was killed when he tried to break up a fight between the suspect and his girlfriend. The unnamed suspect fled, but was arrested a few hours later.
