Columbus police say arrest warrants have been issued for two people in connection with the murder of a Southeast side man. 35-year-old Derrick Robinson and 36-year-old Melanie Spears are accused of killing 38-year-old Shaun Fullen last month during a drug-related robbery attempt inside of an apartment on Smith Road.
