Two people are scheduled to appear in court today on charges of killing a Franklinton man during an apparent robbery over the weekend.
Police say Scott Salyer and Meagan Purks went to 59-year-old Larry Dayton's Wisconsin Avenue home Saturday evening to buy an assault rifle, but instead demanded money and killed him with his own weapon.
