An Athens County man who prosecutors say helped lead a two-state drug ring was sentenced to ten years in prison yesterday. 46-year-old Bert Sharrer pleaded guilty to drug trafficking and racketeering charges. He also agreed to help prosecutors build a case against seven other people accused of bringing drugs into the county from Michigan.
