Bond is set at 1 million dollars for the Athens man charged with strangling a Chauncey woman in a home last week. 54-year-old William Blair is charged with killing 71-year-old Mary Robinson while he was attempting to rob the home of the victim's daughter and son-in-law while the couple was away on vacation.
