August Casino Revenue Down From July

The Ohio Casino Control Commission says revenue at the state's four casinos in August fell by 3 million from July to 66 million dollars. That figure represents a decline of 5 million from August of last year. Revenue decreased for the Cleveland, Columbus and Toledo casinos, but increased slightly at the Cincinnati casino. A third of annual revenues are collected in taxes and given mostly to counties, school districts and host cities.
