Franklin County Sheriff's deputies have identified the body found in the basement of a Harrisburg home earlier this week as a missing Fayette County woman.
Deputies say 20-year-old Hanna Geiger was reported missing from Washington Court House more than a month ago. Two people have been charged in the case.
