The Franklin County Coroner has identified the body of the woman found Wednesday on the side of Big Run Road East near Gantz Road.
45-year-old Jacqueline Powers of Pickerington died of a drug overdose. County Sheriff's deputies say her body was dumped next to the road by 37-year-old Erica Escuadra, who is charged with tampering with evidence and abuse of a corpse. Deputies say Escuadra was in a western Columbus home with the body for two hours without calling for help.
