State and local authorities have released an artist's depiction of a woman found dead outside the Kahiki restaurant in Coumbus in 1999 who has never been identified.
The woman died at an area hospital, apparently of natural causes. The woman had reddish-brown hair, blue eyes, pierced ears, and small scars on her nose and left cheek. Authorities hope by releasing the photo the woman's family and friends can receive closure.
