A private aviation firm wants a taxpayer subsidy to expand into a new facility in Worthington. New York-based Wheels Up is seeking a 58 thousand dollar municipal grant to move from its current Wilson Bridge Road location and create 38 new jobs over the next five years. Worthington City Council is expected to vote on the request on May 16.
