The white Beavercreek police officer placed on leave after the fatal shooting of an African-American man who was waiving an air rifle at a retail store was involved in a 2010 fatal shooting but was cleared of criminal wrongdoing. Officer Sean Williams was involved in the fatal shooting of an intoxicated man who police officials say attacked Williams and another officer.Police officials have not said if Williams or Sergeant David Darko fired the shot that killed 21-year-old John Crawford III on August 5. Darkow is back on the job. Beavercreek police have released recordings of 9-1-1 calls, radio traffic and cruiser video. Surveillance video from inside the store and written reports are being held for a grand jury investigation next month.
