The Bexley City Schools board has approved a three-year contract with the teachers union. The deal already ratified by the union includes one percent pay raises each year and does not increase the 10 percent contribution teachers make to health insurance plans. The deal includes an additional step pay increase for teachers who have worked at least 29 years.
