Columbus, OH – Some Ohio lawmakers have proposed a bill that would combine the Cleveland and state voucher programs so that lower and middle income families can use state taxpayer's money to attend private schools. But critics of the bill say it will hurt public schools statewide that educate most of Ohio's children. Ohio Public Radio's Jo Ingles reports.
