Delphi retirees are closer to getting some benefits back. Dayton-area Republican Congressman Mike Turner says a provision in a larger bill would help the salaried retirees get health coverage for the next five years. Turner says he has been working to restore the coverage that was lost in the federal bailout of General Motors.
