Billboard Company Ends Contract With Coshocton Anti-Fracking Activist

coshoctontribune.com

The Coshocton man who uses a biblical reference and a statement against "poisoned waters" on anti-fracking billboards near two wells for fracking waste disposal says the messages are coming down. Michael Boals says owners of the billboards are ending his lease agreement today. He says a July lawsuit filed by a brine company contending the signs contain false and defamatory attacks prompted the sign company to end his three-month verbal agreement after two months. The billboards were erected along U.S. Route 36. Boals refused to remove the signs on free speech grounds.
