'Blue Dube' Could Reopen, Owners Say

pinterest.com

The owners of the Blue Danube restaurant in Columbus' Old North neighborhood say the eatery will reopen under new ownership.

The family that has owned the restaurant since the 1940's says the reopening could happen in the fall. The owners closed the restaurant last month after more than 70 years of operations. The owners say they will spend one million dollars to rennovate their North High Street building, and the reopening will take place afterward. It's not clear if it will reopen under the same name.  A new operator has been identified.
