The Capitol Square Review and Advisory Board meets today to take the first step toward selecting an artist to design a Holocaust memorial at the Statehouse. The board is working with the Ohio Arts Council to determine the location and design. Governor John Kasich has said he wants construction to be completed by 2013. The state and private entities are funding the memorial.
