Muskingum County Sheriff's deputies says the body of a 43-year-old Westerville man has been recovered after he jumped into a creek while fleeing a traffic stop early Friday.
The body of Michael Fowler was recovered Saturday. Deputies say Fowler crashed his vehicle after the attempted stop and then fled on foot before jumping into Jonathan Creek.
