The Southwest Licking Community Water and Sewer District has issued a boil advisory for the roughly 500 homes in the area of Taylor Road north of Cleveland Road. The advisory was issued after a vehicle crashed into a fire hydrant. All water for cooking, drinking or first aid should be brought to a full boil for one to three minutes prior to use.
