Bond is set at 1-million dollars for the man charged with raping a 15-year-old girl who said she was attacked while walking to Newark High School earlier this month.Newark Police say 23-year-old Zakery Neldon was linked to the alleged crime through forensic evidence and his own statements to investigators. Police say the case will be considered by a Licking County grand jury on November 1st.
