Bond is set at 1 million dollars for the teen charged in the January 20th shootings at West Liberty High School in Champaign County. 17-year-old Ely Serna has denied the allegations. He faces delinquency counts of attempted murder, felonious assault and other charges. Prosecutors say Serna shot and wounded two students.
