Bond Set For Campus-Area Rape Suspect

Bond is set at 200 thousand dollars for the man accused of sexually assaulting a woman in the OSU campus area over the weekend. Randy Graham Junior has pleaded not guilty to rape and kidnapping charges. Police on bicycle patrol say they saw Graham attacking a woman in a parking garage on East 12th Avenue.
