Bond Set In COTA Shooting Case

Bond is set at 500 thousand dollars for the man accused of shooting at a COTA bus, striking a passenger in the face. A judge has ordered 19-year-old Anthony Saunders III to stay away from the victim, 39-year-old Amy Develvis, take his medications and not possess any firearms as a condition to the bond. Saunders is charged with shooting Develvis in the area of North Fourth Street and East Eighth Avenue on April 16th. She lost an eye as a result of the shooting.
