Bond Set For Man Charged With Killing Bicyclist

Bond was set Monday at 10 thousand dollars for the man charged with causing a drunken driving crash that killed a bicyclist in December of last year. 38-year-old Matthew McQuirt faces multiple charges in the death of 42-year-old Robert Grimm. Prosecutors say McQuirt was intoxicated when he ran into Grimm on Obetz Reese Road. McQuirt says he was not intoxicated but did not see Grimm.
