Bond is set at 1.5 million dollars for the man accused of raping an employee of a downtown Columbus bank last Friday. Police say 31-year-old Billy Anderson assaulted the employee after telling her he wanted to rent a safety deposit box. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 1. Anderson was released from prison two days before the attack. He served more than three years for abduction and attempted robbery.
