Bond is set at 900 thousand dollars for a Columbus man suspected in four local rapes.50-year-old Gary Naphier is charged with one count of rape for assaulting a neighbor on Monday, but Franklin County prosecutors say DNA test results show he committed three other rapes in 2011 and 2012. Charges in those cases are pending.
